I used one of these lovely girls in my design cup554738_819 Betty Bokeh and made this card. I stuck the card front to a green 6x6 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment tag with sticky tabs.

I added a gold outline border and finished off by sticking in the matching insert (cup554739_819) with dst.
