I used one of these lovely ladies in my design cup531466_819 Pretty Girl With Ribbons & Roses and made this card.
I stuck the card front to a 5x7 card with spray glue, left it to dry then trimmed away the cutaway corner.
I then attached the layers and sentiment with sticky tabs.
