I used one of these fairy wings in my design cup606721_819 Fairy In The Forest and made this card. I stuck the card front to a 6x6 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiments with sticky tabs.
I finished the card by sticking in the matching insert (cup606722_819) with dst.
