Snake's Head Fritillary
Although this is really a wildflower it if often cultivated in many gardens and can often been seen in Spring bloom.
A unique flower with a chequered pattern to petals which hopefully you can see from the jpg photograph.

This card design is available for sale, please see cup292235_994. Another gorgeous photo from this talented designer. I placed it in a pink and green fancy frame and made a background from a faded version of the photo, with corner embellishments from the edge of the frame.
I mounted the base design onto a green 5x7 inch card, then added four tiers of oval pyramid on 2mm foam pads.
I finished with my matching sentiment plate where I will add a greeting when I know the occasion for the card.
