This is my own card design - please see card making cup193155_994 if you wish to buy the sheet to make it.
I made my own background using these cute elements on a cream background, then added them full size with decoupage on 2mm foam pads.
I used one of the ribbons from cup190492_543 (Bright Ruffled Ribbons) down the left hand side, also with decoupage layer.
I then used cup189936_359 (Festive Royal Curly Felties Alpha) for my sentiment with a matching panel inside reading Love You Forever.
