I started with my own background to which I added a panel from cup188058_425 (2 Lilac Panels and Sentiment Label).

I topped it with this lovely image and three levels of pyramid using 2mm foam pads.

I then added six gems also with one level of decoupage and my sentiment on the matching label from the above set.

The whole design is mounted on a pink card base and surrounded with a gold peel-off border.
