I have taken this gorgeous image, coloured it lavender and added two transparent butterflies along with a text plate from cup80212_359 (Pretty Metallic Lace Text Plates Digital Embellishments) and a Make A Wish sentiment.

Then I made three tiers of side stacker for each side, which I have built using 2mm foam pads on this card.

The card I have made features one of the papers from cup165423_523 (Paisley Jacquard Mixed Set Lavender) which I have used to back an A5 card, then trimmed to an exact fit before adding this finished design.
