Elegant French Decorations 1Completed by Christine Dixon

I took the gorgeous framed panel from this set and added cup202117_688 (Tulips). I then took a bright cyan A5 card, backed it with the wallpaper from this set, added my tulip panel and a matching sentiment plate. I used silver glitter peel-off strips to decorate.

The central panel and sentiment plate and a second tulip card front are available for sale - please see cup202518_994.
