I used one of these pretty doilies in my design cup556686_819 Pink Flower Topper and made this card. I printed out the topper sheet onto card and cut out and layered up the topper using sticky tabs.
I then cut out a piece of the matching background (cup556689_819) slightly smaller than a 6x6 card and stuck to the 6x6 card with dst and then attached the topper and my choice of sentiment with sticky tabs.
