Floral Lace DoiliesCompleted by Christine Dixon

This is my own card design - please see card making cup194064_994 if you wish to buy the sheet to make it.

I took a gold brocade background and overlaid it with one of these doilies.

I then added a large butterfly from cup190803_168 (Bejewelled Butterflies) and then lots of small ones for further decoration. I made a double-sided large butterfly with curled wings and attached it as shown, added my sentiment with small butterflies at either end, decoupaged the three small butterflies in the top right hand corner and put a row of small butterflies down the inside right hand edge of the card.
