I used one of these panels in my design cup403456_819 Blue Paint Swirl Cascade and made this card. I printed the sheet off twice and on the second sheet cut out the flowers for decoupaging.

I scored and folded a piece of blue A4 card and stuck on the three panels with dst, trimming the excess card, then attached the decoupage flowers with sticky tabs.
