YES! You can use these for non-commercial and commercial use. ** An update to my previous TOU policies ... I am now allowing decoupage for my bows, graphics, posers and elements.
NO! You can NOT add to kits as is. You can not recolor these to create new graphics to use or share/sell. This is NOT a resell product. You can not share or resell/sell these graphics. Use these to make something new. Decoupage is ok but please do not give your customer my products in the same file format you received from me. This is NOT a cu4cu product.

I opened the red round frame into my photo editor. Then I added a background sheet with a frame, and cut an aperture in the middle of it. Next I added a snowy landscape and a house with trees into the aperture.
I also added two amaryllis vignettes to decorate the topper. I saved my file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white scalloped cardstock. Then I attached my card front on a green base card. I decorated the corners of the card with plastic snowflakes. I also added one layer of decoupage amaryllis.
