YES! You can use these for non-commercial and commercial use. You can color these templates with your own colors and patterns. You will need a software that will open a .psd file format (example - photoshop). You can use these to create graphics for your designs. Decoupage is ok. If you do use this to make a printed or digital product you want to sell - you can only sell your product as a personal use product to your customers. You can use this to create elements to include in your card kit or scrapbooking kit you sell for personal use. You can only use up to 50% of the package to create elements.

NO! This is NOT a cu4cu product. You can not make clip art, graphics, stickers, cutter files (svg), vectors, overlays, designer resources or any other type of printed or digital product your customer uses for their business. Even if your customer does not use it for their business - you can NOT make clip art or graphics alone to sell or share.

You can NOT offer these products in non colored and/or layered format. You can not make digital stamps (or printed stamps), coloring pages, embroidery patterns, cross stitch patterns or scripts. You can not add graphics to change the template to make a new template to use or sell/share.

This is a product you color in with your own patterns or colors - flatten the image and then use it to decorate your card or product. Or, to create a few elements to include in your card kit or scrapbook kit.

Do not give your customers the templates as you purchased them from me.
