I used the oblong frame from this set in my design cup599277_819 A Bear With A Heart and made this card.

I stuck the card front to an A5 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment with sticky tabs.

I finished the card by sticking in the matching insert (cup599280_819) with dst.
