On my own coloured background I placed a mat from cup200429_831 (Silky Satin Pattern Embossed Panel Mats), then one of these crystal frames, followed by a head from cup194417_831 (Precious Gem Lady Sillouette).
I made two layers of decoupage and a matching sentiment and set it all on a cream card. This card design is available for sale - please see cup204711_994.
