I used one of these lovely frames in my design cup556009_819 Vintage Cottage Scene II and made this card. I stuck the card front to a 6x6 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment tag with sticky tabs.

I finished the card by sticking in the matching insert (cup556010_819) with dst.
