I used one of these frames and matching butterflies in my design cup568690_819 Flutterby Love and made this card. I stuck the card front to an A5 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment tag with sticky tabs.

I finished off by sticking in the matching insert (cup568691_819) with dst.
