I used one of these frames in my design CUP414824_819 18th Birthday Hot Pinky Minikit and made this card. I matted the main card front to purple paper then onto a white A5 card with dst then attached the extra layer and decoupage layers with sticky tabs.

I finished the card by sticking the insert panel to the inside right of the card with dst.
