This card design is available for sale, please see cup292257_994. I made a mock envelope style card with layers of these lovely petals in different sizes.
I mounted the base design onto a pink 5x7 inch card, then added the extra layer on 3mm foam, finishing with two matching Happy Birthday circular tags.
