Circle Scalloped Shaped Lace Border Ribbon
I have made this ribbon with a circle design and given the lace a upside down scallop. I have made it a 12inches by 1 inch so it is great for all your projects including scrapbooking.
You get 1 PNG file and I have included the highlight shadows already for you. CU ok, resize and recolour to match your project.

This card design is available for sale - please see cup223254_994. I used alphabet cup51330_359 (Copper Metal Alphabet Charms) to make BABY BOY sentiments hanging on nappy pins and placed them on my blue background which I edged with this lovely lace border.
I then added two bubbles containing rattles and built up three layers of decoupage on each bubble using 2mm foam pads.
The design was mounted on a white 5x7 inch card base for a nice clean, fresh finish.
