I used one of these swirls to make the frame in my design cup556112_819 Vintage Cottage Scene III and made this card.
I stuck the card front to an A5 tentfold card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment tag with sticky tabs.
I finished the card by sticking in the matching insert (cup556113_819) with dst.
