This card design with be available on cup from July 11 when my patchoupage (patchwork-decoupage) cards are launched. I took this gorgeous image and used it as a background on which I laid an ice blue ribbon frame.

I then repeated this image inside the frame and added my text.

I fixed the base image to a white card then added a patchwork decoupage layer using 2mm foam pads.
