This card design is available for sale - please see cup208631_994. I made this card front with a frame from cup192062_831 (Two Large Velvet Effect Frames) and used these numbers for the main feature of my "60 is the new 40" slogan.
I used a glossy 5x5 inch ivory card base with a wavy peel-off edging and applied one layer of decoupage numbers on 3mm foam.
