I used one of these cute little girlies in my design cup714131_819 Girly Envelope Card and made this card from my sheet.

I stuck the card front to a 6x6 card with dst and then attached the layers and sentiment with sticky tabs.

The base envelope in this design is cup713692_422 by Sue Douglas.
