I used one of these cute 'Lil Dolls' in my design Lil Doll Lillian With Pink Flowers, cup736822_819, and made this card.

I printed onto light card and cut out all the pieces, I then stuck the card front to a 7x5 card with dst and attached the layers and sentiment with sticky tabs.
