I used one of these cute 'Lil Dolls' in my design Lil Doll Zoe With Blue Flowers, cup733104, and made this card.

I printed onto light card and cut out all the pieces, I then stuck the card front to 7x5 card with dst and attached the layers and sentiment with sticky tabs.
