This card design is available for sale - please see cup207110_994. I've used two of these papers for the background to this card.
Then I've taken one of the pretty designs from cup206562_1153 (3 Floral borders) and used it for both the border and central feature on a missing corner pyramid card.
The card made as a straight pyramid can be seen at cup206206_99 (Missing Corners Card & Envelope Template) but I've taken the different elements and made more of a collage card here, on a white hammered base.
