I took a cream A4 card and made a small flap at one end. I inserted another cream A4 card into the flap and secured well cutting off the surplus overhang on the second sheet.

I then printed sheet cup191762_ 825 onto photo paper, cut out and applied all the elements and two sentiments using silicone glue.
