I selected one of these fab backing papers and made this funky birthday card with the help of cup197179_1026 (Fancy Envelope Template 3).
The flowers are from cup198397_1148 (Modern Flowers). I added three layers of decoupage using 2mm foam pads and mounted the design on a bright cyan card. The happy birthday sentiment is made from cup196227_927 (Cardboard Alpha).
