This card design is available for sale, please see cup346059_994. I attached a piece of torn blue paper to a pink A5 card then added this cute design which uses one of these lovely papers as the background, building the two layers with 2mm foam.

I finished with silver chain peel-off around the main design and flower brads and corner peel-offs around the outer edge.
