I have used three of these papers with cup187091_168 (Double Flap Elegant Scallop Edge Faux Envelope Template) to create my card background.

I then added a decoupaged bow from cup92114_452 (lace bows with diamond) and chain & decoupaged pendant. Blue peel-off hearts and With Love sentiment added to complete.
