Our Riley

After waiting what seemed like an age for the right dog for our family. We passed all the checks were found suitable. On Sunday they brought him home to us. He is the cutest and such a lovable little scamp.

The giant child and I are delighted with him, my Son is convinced he is a reincarnation of our late dog Heidi, Riley has a lot of her mannerisms, it is joy to watch him and he seems happy with us too..

Lola ...naughty Kitty

My friend and I have really enjoyed working from home, for the most part... Yesterday we were weighing up the pros and cons. We have found that the kids and pets can sometimes get in the way and be a little bit of a distraction!

My friends cat nearly ended up squished in laptop case on way to work....see cheeky Lola who wouldnt vacate laptop case..

New Pal

During the last few months I have realised how much I have missed having a dog in our family.

I didnt get another because I felt it was unfair to leave it all day alone whilst I was out at work.I have just received some news on the work front, when we return to work properly I will be home based from now on.

Therefore, I am actively looking for a new pal. I am hoping to be considered for the handsome lad in the photo.

Planter Happy

I have taken my gardening to another level! I decided I would like some wooden planters. I liked the idea of recycling therefore I got some used pallets. I had to break them apart being careful not to split the wood.

I now have muscles on my muscles, its very heavy duty work. When I carefully measured and started building them my confidence grew. I was gobsmacked I had actually made something with wood, I am very proud of myself. Now Mum wants a set just like mine!
