I cut the base of this card out of plain white card and the snowflakes out of blue holographic card.
I didn't think it needed anything else. The finished card looks great when it catches the light.

I cut out in white and green and added a spotty green insert. I deleted the centre in 2 of the snowflakes and added a green pearl to each centre
