Anniversary Swirly Scalloped ToppersCompleted by Anna Stretton

Perfect set of toppers for those special Anniversaries.

I've cut the Ruby Anniversary design in white shimmer and Red holographic and layered the design together. I've added 6 white shimmer embossed punched flowers with red faux pearls in the centres. I've made a 20cm x20cm white card base with mats to match the topper, again I've embossed with top mat using my scoring board and attached to topper with foam pads. It looks stunning when the light catches the card.
