Double Swirl Layered Happy Birthday TopperCompleted by Anna Stretton

A very elegant design and so simple to put together. I've also used cup392457_596 3D Clematis Flowers. I've used just two colours, Pink and white shimmer and attached to my prepared 8x8 inch card base. Finished off the card with a sprinkling of clear gems.
