Birthday Cupcake CardCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I cut the design in white then adhered it to a deep cerise pink card using spray adhesive. I folded in half the added the cupcake layers using foam pads & DST. I added small pink gems to the top layer then added the greeting on foam pads.
