This is a truly beautiful file to do. First I cut all elements using my cameo. I used 210gsm card stock in white and lilac. I put together using 3d foam pads. Suitable for any age birthday. http://www.craftsuprint.com/cutting-files/dxf-files/various-dxf-files/birthday-cupcake-card-craftrobo-cameo.cfm

I cut the design in white then adhered it to a deep cerise pink card using spray adhesive. I folded in half the added the cupcake layers using foam pads & DST. I added small pink gems to the top layer then added the greeting on foam pads.
