Birthday Cake Pop Up InsertCompleted by Diane Baldrey

I cut this insert out of thin white card. The embelleshments and sentiment were cut from white and black paper and silver holographic card.

Once the insert was added to a black card I decorated the cake with black bows and added a peel-off to the top. I glued the seniment to the centre of the top page and added a balloon to each side, to which I added a black bow. I glued a white ribbon border to the bottom of the card and to finish I added a small dot peel-off to all of the bows. A versatile insert I'm sure I'll be using again and again.
