I made this card on my Brother Scan and Cut. I used navy blue textured card for the base card and the 3 d navy elements and i used a silver glitter card for all the silver elements.
I made the 3 d elements pop out using foam pads.
And added blue diamante in different shades of blue to finish the card off.
