I cut the bottom layer from 250gsm white pearlized card and the over layer and letters from 150gsm paper. I attached the over layer and letters using a wet glue. Gorgeous card that is very easy to make.

I cut the base card from white cardstock and and cut the letters and candle from three different colours. I used a patterned paper for the shaped insert as part of it is revealed through the letters.
