This is an adaptation of a border designed by Walter Dorwin Teague. It was used as a border for marketing ads in the 1920s. The floral and leaf motif makes a lovely card inlay. The card is multiple layers reveling the layer below.

The sentiment is not provided which allows the cards use to range from birthdays, sympathy, and thinking of you occasions.
