This is a step card with a platform for the embellishment panel to 'sit' on giving a 3D effect - folds flat for posting.
Can be used for various occasions by adding different embellishments to the centre panel. Assembly instructions included.

What a lovely design :) I cut the card base in white and all the panels and the biggest back mat in soft colored flourished cardboard and framed them all with golden peel off sticker lines.
The smallest back mat and the flower petals are cut in soft yellow shadow cardstock matching the colors in the panels.
The doily seems grey in the photo, but it is snowy white ;) I love these daisies, so I cut some extra and used three of them here with paper candies in the middle.
The cat is mounted on the edge of the platform and top of the front panel, which gives it 2½ cm space to the back and a very nice shadow effect.
I didn't use the "Birthday Wishes" text on this card as the card will be used in Denmark where I live.
I'll might add a golden peel off sentiment when I know for which occasion it will be used.
I cut the base card from 250 gsm card. For the centre panel I layered white card which I had run through an embossing folder on top of blue card then stuck it to the base card.
I used patterend card for the side and front panels.
The flower is paper pieced using two shades of blue card and along with the cat and sentiment cut from 180 gsm card.
