Hi Janet, this design has been on the website since 2019. You may just need to reactivate it? To do this please log in to your Crafter Dashboard > Purchases (left menu) > Reactivate Purchased File > and you can re set the links for any of your past purchases.If you need any more help please contact admin through the help section on the website.
