Good morning Mr Coulter, I bought your design, cutting file, cogs and downloaded to my computer with no problems. When I went to the pattern (put onto a usb) on my ScanNcut a message came up saying, "pattern could not be loaded. Too complicated." Would it be possible to have a simpler design. I was hoping to use this design to make cards for a craft stall in July at Upton Hall (Horological Society). Could you help please. - Lynne

This morning I bought 3 of your designs which showed that they were GSD/Studio designs. Unfortunately I cannot use them as when downloaded they do not show Studio. They are: Matted Gatefold £1.50/Lacy Mats + stand £1 and the 3 in One scallop card set 1 £1.50. I also bought the trellis set which is fine.

Is it possible that I can exchange them for 3 other of your designs and pay the difference if necessary?

Hi Julie,

small or even large commercial use is absolutely fine, (as long as don't sell actual cutting file)

Scanncut only works on svg and fcm files (gsd is native format for an old cutting machine called craft robo and can also be imported into silhouette studio for use with Silhouette Portrait or Silhouette Cameo but NOT scanncut)

I have some svg files on site and hopefully in next few months will have conversions to fcm format as well, just got a scanncut myself to test with..

My svgs should cut fine though, but if ever have any problem would be only too happy to help if message me on the support tab..

There is a huge user base for the Explore in the U.S. Your work would be very popular. There are multiple Facebook pages that relate to Cricut machines, particularly the Explore.
