I printed this on white card stock, and cut out all the pieces.

I folded an A4 sheet of white card in half, and laid the main cut out piece on it and drew around, and cut through the two layers of card, leaving the top still folded so that it becomes a rocker card.

Glued the large Baby Boy cut out to the top layer of card, which slightly overlaps the top of the folded white card.

Decoupaged the remainder using silicone glue and added blue rhinestones to the centre of the blue bows.

A delightful design any parent would be thrilled to receive on the birth of their son.
