I printed this sheet onto good quality white card and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded the main card and added the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added a little pink bow to the teddy bear.

A very cute card which takes minimal time to make - to make this type of card more desirable I will add a cross stitch interior with the new baby names and weights etc.
