Vintage Christmas Street Tunnel Decoupage

A lovely traditional christmas street scene in tunnel decoupage format. Cut out all white sections within each image. Starting with the whole base layer, use foam pads to layer each image, from smallest hole to largest. This creates an interesting 3d tunnel effect. Coordinating ribbon strip and banners also included.
