There are all the decoupage elements on this sheet for you to be able to cut out and attach to your topper.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There are various sentiments to this card which I placed inside so that my customer has a choice. There is a matching insert available (cup670110_719) which I placed inside to finish the card.
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white scalloped card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
