With this design I printed it onto photo paper, then when I had cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, then made up the design using 3mm sticky pads

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. I then added stardust stickles to the butterfly and blue pearls.
A very striking card useful for so many different occasions.
