I printed out this sheet onto good quality white card stock. Then I placed the topper onto a piece of lavender card stock after I used a punch to add the scalloped edging.
Then I added flat backed pearls to bring the card a bit of sparkle.
A quick card to make, and very lovely when completed!

I have printed the design on 200gsm gloss card. I have matted with a co-ordinated coloured matt and attached to a 13 x 13cm pearlised coloured card blank using DST.
I have attached the sentiment with foam pads.
